Myths and Truths about Antibiotics Use
Since Sir Alexander Fleming, the `Nobel-prize winner microbiologist had extracted penicillin from Penicillium nonatum, antibiotics saved an enormous number of sick people. However, with the advances in technology and knowledges in medicine, we found that antibiotics are not god-made weapon. Future human health are facing new challenges of emerging resistant bacteria and associated problems related to antibiotics use. This lecture is about to discuss the myths and truths of antibiotics use.
